Shipping, Returns & Refunds

USA SHIPPING INFO:

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt of the order.  Currently, orders are generally shipped via USPS Priority Mail, however we are now offering USPS Ground Advantage shipping.  Our check out process allows you to choose Ground Advantage or Priority service. 

Ground Advantage is more economical but a little slower than Priority.  According to the USPS “Ground Advantage is a more affordable service than USPS Priority Mail, though it is slightly slower.” While Priority Mail’s estimated delivery time frames are 1-3 days, USPS gives an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days for Ground Advantage shipments.”  Packaging for Ground Advantage allows us to adjust our shipping material which provides us with more shipping options but may affect the products during delivery. We do our best to offer the most economical shipping rates and materials,  while also maintaining our high packaging standards.  Ground Advantage also includes $100.00 insurance coverage and you can purchase up to $5,000 in additional coverage against loss or damage for merchandise.*  Tracking is also included.

Although the USPO estimates a 1-3 day service on Priority Mail once it is received at one of their facilities. it has also advised that there may be additional time added to delivery depending on the distance it is sent.  Local priority mail should be able to maintain the 1-3 day  service,  however weather related delays may impact that time frame.  Rates have increased several times in the last few years and another rate increase occurred on July 1, 2024.  Our shipping rates are automatically calculated on current USPO rates by our web site  based on weight, size of package,  postal zone.  The USPO automatically updates our website as rates change. Our shipping rates are the actual cost to us.  We do not add any additional cost.

We offer free delivery for orders totaling $90.00 and over.  Use Coupon Code FREESHIP90 at check out. We also offer free delivery to the attendees of Cheeky Binder events only.  We do not offer local delivery. You may request delivery to a Cheeky Binder event as an option during the checkout process and note the date of the Event in the comment box.

If  you are attending a crop and need your products by a certain date,  please make a note in the comment box so we can get your order shipped out in time to arrive for your event!!  We request orders that require specific arrival time be submitted a minimum of 10 business days prior to the date required.  Please bear in mind, we are  dependent on delivery by the US Postal Service once they receive it.

Although every order is carefully packaged and shipped,  once it leaves our hands we have no control over what happens.  Generally,  orders are shipped via USPO Priority Mail or Ground Advantage and insured for up to $100.00, regardless of actual value, however the free insurance included by the USPS is for up to $100.  If you have an issue with your order, not related to shipping, contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

*No Frills Scrapbooking does not offer an option of additional insurance during the check out process.  If you wish to add additional insurance to your purchase, please contact us for instructions, prior to placing the order.

Q: What if I don’t want Postal Insurance?
A: All packages are generally mailed USPS Priority or Ground Advantage, which come with insurance up to $100.00, regardless of actual value. Once it is accepted by the USPS, No Frills Scrapbooking does not accept liability for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Direct any shipping or order related questions prior to shipping to: janice@nofrillscrops.com, otherwise please contact the USPO directly concerning any shipping related issues.   As noted above, No Frills Scrapbooking does not accept liability for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once they are presented to the USPS for delivery regardless of insurance or lack thereof.

Q: If I’m local, can I pick up my order? Is there another way I can receive my order?
A: There are several ways you can pick up your order. You may pick it up if you are local.  Be sure you select “Event Delivery” for your shipping options.  Otherwise you will be charged for shipping.  If that should occur,  refunds will not be given under any circumstances. Your order may be picked up at 306 Pickering Street, Manchester, NH 03104. Please leave a comment in the box on the “payment” page during the checkout process, stating you would like to pick it up. Please provide an email address in the comment box,  to arrange for date and time of pick up.  Instructions can also be found during the check out process under the “Pickup Instructions” box on the shipping details page.  Please allow THREE (3) business days for processing. You may also pick up at a Cheeky Binders Event. During the check out process select “Event Delivery” as the shipping option and provide the name of the Event in the comment box located on the “Shipping Details” page.  Please place the order no later than TEN (10) business days prior to the event, otherwise delivery may not be guaranteed.  No Frills Scrapbooking does not offer local delivery.

Q: Can you ship internationally?
A: We are happy to ship internationally. Our website does not calculate international shipping charges at this time. Please contact us at janice@nofrillscrops.com for cost and further instructions on international shipping. At this time,  delivery to certain countries is restricted.  Check with the USPO web site for that information.

Q: Do you offer any free shipping options?
A:   We may offer free shipping as a special promotion during the year.  Promotions will be announced and are not guaranteed to be offered at any time.

RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, our number one priority is customer service, we want to assure that you are happy with your product order.  Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns or questions about your products or transaction and we will work with you on a solution.

REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds on any product. We will work with you on a solution if there is a problem with the order.  Out of stock items will receive the offer of either, a substitute  or a No Frills Scrapbooking credit/gift card.  In the case of an exception to this policy, and your credit card is refunded, the processing fee assessed by our provider will be deducted.  All products are shipped in tip top condition but things do happen. If your product arrives damaged during transit, please contact the USPO for instructions on making a claim. You may advise us of the claim via email at janice@nofrillscrops.com.  

WAS THERE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER?: Our goal is excellent customer service. Occasionally we have been advised that a page kit is missing something that should have been included, a personalized page is incorrectly spelled or has a different graphic from what was ordered. If there is a problem with the product as ordered, please contact us immediately.  We cannot guarantee resolution if the problem with the order is over 30 days old.
